Quelle, Otto (1879-1959)
Otto Quelle was a German geographer and historian. From 1929 to 1934 Quelle was deputy director of the Ibero-American Institute (IAI) of the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation in Berlin, editor of the journal Ibero-Amerikanisches Archiv and country specialist for Brazil. From 1949 to 1955 he also lectured at Berlin Free University.
