Luiz Alberto de Vianna Moniz Bandeira is a Brazilian historian, writer and diplomat. From 1996 to 2002 he was cultural attaché at the Consulate General of Brazil in Frankfurt am Main. His research focuses on Brazil’s foreign policy, among other topics.
